Cafe : CreateBloombergSave Project Overview
========================================================================
This application purpose is to create the configuration file required to use Bloomberg on cafe (among the save file)
The Cafe XML configuration file must be set up for the game's title ID
In theory, you could save the file for a different title, but it requires to have proper permissions for your save file
