Allows to auto update an application before launching it.
Works by keeping a latest copy, updated with a "Robocopy" command.
Useful when the developper wants to do round trip with users more often than the version is done.

To use it:
1. Copy the Launcher.exe into a shared directory
2. Place the updated application in a sub folder in that directory and name that sub directory the name of the application. Ex:
\\MyTools\TempoBlaster\Launcher.exe
TempoBlaster\TempoBlaster.exe
3. Create a shortcut to the launcher and change the shortcut icon for the program icon
4. Distribute the icon.
