Use this tool to generate the .cat file accompanying a Wii DLC.
Open a .xml file generated when a Nintendo DLC submission document is exported.
The songs listed in the xml file will appear and you will be albe to select the songs you want to include in the .cat file.
You can also load an existing .cat file to see its content.
Note:
1) The songs will be added to the .cat file in the same order they are listed in the .xml file.
2) You can't skip songs (i.e. electing song #3 will also select songs #1 and #2)
2) Error handling is minimal, the xml format is the one used at this date (July 2013).
3) This tool does not save backups, you are the one responsible for ruining your "cats". :)
